We are a mobile business and can create your sculpture at any public beach, condo, or beach house. We also offer tabletop sculpture and sand delivery for off beach venues.
Our custom sculptures begin at $500 and can increase due to type, size, detail, and location.
Our sculptures can take anywhere from 4 hours to 2 days to complete. Please note the time you would like the sculpture finished by on your inquiry form.
This depends on location, weather, barriers, and if we apply weather shield to the sculpture.
We always recommend any sculptures lasting multiple days to have weather shield, barriers, and security. Repairs will be an extra cost and are dependant on sculptor's availability.
Clients are encouraged to hire a professional photographer for any events. Please ask about our list of recommended photographers in the area.
Of course! Our sculptors encourage clients to watch and share the progress of the sculpture.
Filming content of the sculpture as well as posting it to our socials is an additional charge. Please ask about our media rate cards if you are interested in having your sculpture featured on our social media pages.
Cancellations made before 72 hours of sculpture start time will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of sculpture start time will be subjected to a 50% refund.
There is no fee if your sculpture is canceled due to weather. All weather decisions are made the day of your booking. Sand Castle University will be in touch regarding any possible weather situations. This could include but is not limited to: lightning, rain, wind, high heat index, or low temperatures. If possible, you may reschedule for a later date.
If your sculpture is interrupted by severe weather, we will decide to either delay or cancel the sculpture. There is no fee if your sculpture is canceled early due to weather. You may rebook if possible.
